Pages of our the Website and our e-mails may contain small electronic files known as web beacons (also referred to as clear gifs, pixel tags, and single-pixel gifs) that permit the Company, for example, to count users who have visited those pages or opened an email and for other related website statistics (for example, recording the popularity of certain website content and verifying system and server integrity). Log Files/Google Analytics.  We use log files and Google Analytics to assess the aggregate level of traffic on the site, including what pages people are visiting, and to diagnose any potential problems with the website. This log file does contain an IP address that gives us insight on the general geographic area that visitors are coming from but not information on a specific individual. We do not use log files to track a particular individual’s use of our site. All users remain anonymous unless they choose to give us personally identifiable information.

Financial Contributions/Sales/Online Purchases. Our Website does not include any applications for collecting credit card or financial information for donations, sales or online purchasing. Our Contact Form for General and Service Inquiries does include the prompt (“Estimated Budget for Project”), however allows the website user to opt out of providing an authenticated amount through the use of plain text (Ex. “N/A” or “None”) or by entering (“0” “zero”).

Use of Information. We use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us, including any personal information: (a) To present our Website and its contents to you; (b) To provide you with the Services and any information, products, or services that you request from us; (c) To fulfill any other purpose for which you provide it; (d) To carry out our obligations and enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you and us, including for billing and collection; (e) To notify you about changes to our Website or any products or services we offer or provide; (f) To allow you to participate in interactive features on our services; (g) To communicate with you and/or our clients regarding surveys, market research; (h) To analyze, develop, enhance and improve the Company's business including but not limited to Company's products, services, customer service, operations, research and development; (i) To comply with Company's policies and applicable laws and regulations; (j) To better understand our customers and end-users and way they use and interact with website, products and services; (k) In any other way we may describe when you provide the information; and/or (l) For any other purpose with your consent.

Direct Marketing. On occasion, we may send you email communications about our company, promotions, news and/or our products or services. All email communications from us include instructions on how to stop receiving them and you may unsubscribe at any time.
